SHIPPING TIMES

When you place an order, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. For expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT, shipment will occur the following business day.

Expedited orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

UK Standard shipping : 3-5 working days

UK Express shipping : 1-2 working days

International shipping 5-10 working days (Worldwide)

After placing an order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you, followed by a tracking number upon shipment.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our refund and return policy is effective for 24 days. If this time period has elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide a complete refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition as received, along with the original packaging.

Certain goods cannot be returned, including intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, if your order has not shipped out yet. You can reach out to us via our contact us page to cancel your order or simply send us an email via:

Ensure you reach out with your order number and name on the shipping address.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply and will be calculated at checkout. For our international customers, please note that you’re responsible for any duties, customs fees, and taxes on your orders. We don’t pre-pay these fees at checkout.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express—except for those headed to Russia, which will be shipped via USPS.

A little heads-up: any refused shipments won’t be refunded. When it comes to discounted items, duties and taxes are usually assessed based on their declared value at import, regardless of any discounts. While we can provide proof of the discounted price to customs, the final say on whether to accept the discount or stick with the declared value is up to them!

ARE INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES, TAXES, AND TARRIFS?

Please note that international customers are responsible for all duties, customs fees, taxes, and any additional tariffs, as well as a flat rate shipping fee of £40.00.

In the event that an international order is refused upon delivery, a refund for the goods will be issued once we receive it, minus the shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee.

HOW DO DROPS WORK?

Each clothing/item drop is released twice. 


Once the second drop has happened, the item generally will not release again.
